Here we go again, wait for the Ghost tech to never show

He we go again. This is for my parents that are seniors and need a land line phone and it has been out for going on a week. I chatted with someone and there was supposed to be a tech coming Sat. 8-12. Surprise no show! I received a call at 3 saying to rescheduled for Sunday. Surprise again no show, not even a call this time. Now its Monday no calls no anything. Its nice to see how little customers mean
