Home Phone not working, can make outgoing calls, but can not receive incoming calls

We just got back from a trip and JUST FOUND OUT that we can not receive incoming calls, but we can make outgoing calls, and are voice mail works.

VERZION GETTING THESE PHONES LINES FIXED ARE NEIGHBORS ARE ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PHONES LINES ALSO.-  IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN.

The first time contacted version suupport it took them forever to get to are ticket. SO JUST a FYI

The phone is working this morning, it must of been something on the verzion side
