hello, this is like the fourth try at getting help and it's frustrating this way for me. I would call but no phone service at my house. I went to the "trouble shooting" on line but "next" does not respond.

The problem of how to call for support when your line is not working has been around since the dawn of the telephone age. The simple answer is "find another phone." In the old days, that meant a neighbor's phone or a pay phone (remember those?). These days, it is most likely a cell phone or a friend's cell phone.
