I just had Fios Digital Voice along with Internal installed in my apartment last week. The time zone displayed on the Caller ID of my phone is always displayed as Pacific Time Zone (PST) even though I am located in an Eastern Time Zone (EST) timezone.
I called Verizon repair and they claim that Verizon does not send time information as part of Caller ID. As far as they know, only the name and number are sent in the Caller ID message.
Can anyone confirm if Verizon is supposed to send the time in the caller ID message for Fios Digital Voice? I cannot change the timezone on my phone so is there a way for the timezone to be changed at the Verizon central office?
Thanks....

That has nothing to do with Verizon. You have to change your time settings in your phone. Refer to you phone’s user manual or call the phone manufacturer’s support line.
