We contacted Verizon some time back about a landline. We were never advised about any fee/charge and were never sent a bill. Now low and behold, we have a 'hit' on our credit for an unpaid bill that has been sent to collections! What??? We have 2 wireless phones that we pay religiously every month, so it's not as if you don't have our address. After reading some other complaints here it seems that quite a few people have not gotten bills or been sent bills late! What is up with this?
