Your customer service is ticking me off. The website is just sending me in circles. Where the heck do you go to open a repair ticket!?
Anyway, the line between my house and the telephone pole is down. As in on the ground. A tree limb came own and dragged the line with it. There must have been enough slack coiled on the pole because the wire is intact but it's down and a hazzard.
Please contact me by phone or email to get this fixed or if someone could tell me where the dang open a ticket button is on this website.

I have had "No Line" since early monday morning 8/29. I did the troubleshooter and it cannot find anything besides to tell me to set up a ticket which gives me a run around. I checked the other phone jacks with a trimline phone and still no dial tone. I dont get it since my internet still works through DSL. I submitted an email with support..so I am waiting for the next step.
