Anyone know why I am being told I cannot complete a call without a long distance access code when I am trying to call my neighbor? Some area phone numbers I can call without problem, some I get a message that I need an access code. I don't understand.
do you have fios digital voice or just regular fios phone. Digital voice allows you to log in with your email at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice and gives you enhanced phone management.
It also has special ten digit dialing rules
