New website doesn't show blocked call numbers

Until they revised the website, for my landline I could block calls and see them in the list of blocked calls,. Now all I see are pages with zeroes for all call numbers which is fixed and no longer updates. Calls do show up in the call log and the unblock option still says that number will be blocked. However nothing changes on the blocked call page, so I do not know it if is actually blocked. Also, there is no way to unblock a number.
I have my landline from FIOS and also have a Verizon cell phone. The new website seems to get the two confused. There seem to be different tech support groups for Home and Mobile, and I recently spent 3 1/2 hours on Verizon chat getting switched back and forth between them. Apparently neither has the ability to fix website problems.
This combined website is a disaster. They should have separate websites for Home and Mobile.
I continue to block calls but cannot tell if they are actually blocked. Does anyone know who is responsible for the website and how to report website problems.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've been going in about 50 different directions at work and am wiped when I get home. 😴
For Call Filter, I will have to log into the system to see if it shows anything for my Fios landline. Page 17 of the Fios Digital Voice user guide gives a quick overview of Call Blocking. I will check on my landline tomorrow. 🙂

I snapped a few pictures of the browser-based page that contains the controls for Verizon Digital Voice. Can you tell me if the pages are exactly the same as the ones that you see. 🙂Tile #1

Would not take reply with screenshots, so here it is without. Need to know how to reply with screenshots or upload PDF:
Here is what I see after logon:
After clicking Home, then scrolling down to Phone:
After clicking Manage your voicemails and missed calls:
Call Features on right: 1st 3 Active, rest Not active
Click Incoming call block:
Click Call block:
Scroll down – and now see the numbers:
I am completely baffled. I did this with the Community forum and My Verizon tabs open. Closed both and logged back in to My Verizon, but this time scrolled down to Call Filter on the right and click Blocked calls:
That is when I get the screens of zeroes for Call from, which is so confusing.
Well, looks like you’ve solved my problem, thank you so much – but what is the purpose of Call filter? It is Active, so shouldn’t Blocked calls show up here? Don’t remember how it was before the combined website.
A related question: If I click Mobile, I have to Sign out, then Sign in again.
When I do, then click Mobile, I now get the following options, but there is no option to block or unblock calls, like there is if I log on from my cell phone.
This is why the combined website is so confusing. Logon seems to take you to different paths for Home and Mobile, and, there are different tech support groups for Home and Mobile, but neither could help me with this. You were my last hope, so thanks again. Maybe you can make the website less confusing.

Verizon reworked the individual mobile & home websites and combined them into one. So, a keen eye is a plus to make sure you're in the proper area for the service in question. 🙂

Hope you got my previous reply. I got an error which said it had an imbedded html, which it did not, so I am not sure if it was actually posted. If you didn't get it, please email me again. It would be so much easier if I could just email you back,

Actually, posted pictures go into queue for a moderator to inspect before becoming visible to the general public.
Just be sure to hide/blur/blot out any identifying information before submitting it.
Try to post the pictures again. 🙂
