I have been without a land line for 3 days and cannot get a live body assist. I have been on hold yesterday and today going on 3 hours. Two hours today and 1 yesterday. Nobody answers. I have run out of options. I even tried google to find out how to talk to a live body. That worked and I got someone from the phone department who said he couldn't help me and transferred me to FIOS again where I sit here still with nothing. I hope my monthly bill will reflect the lack of service.
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
