No Phone or Internet! Absolute Disaster!

After paying an absurd amount of money for fios 300/75 service in addition to tv & internet, I've been stuck without internet OR EVEN TELEPHONE SERVICE for a little over 24 hours now. I called support and was told that they cant do anything for me until "maybe,possibly tomorrow". 

This is not the level of service i expected from verizon when I signed up for this top tier offering.

Your tier of service has absolutely nothing to do with technician availability when it comes to receiving service. You probably have a bad ONT or battery back up unit that need replacing.
