We have no landline service and can't get through to Verizon support. The support website is now down. Please tell us what is going on!
In addition, when I try to use UltraForward, I get the message that "Verizon Service Management System is down for maintenance." Service outage is why I pay for UltraForward. Not helpful at all. Verizon Voice Mail is working.
