No dial tone

It's been a month this way , all of a sudden I will have no dial tone and the phone screen shows "check telephone line"
so I logged to verizon.net and reported the problem and when the online test is running the tone comes back ,
I also changed my telephone set today and the problem happened again..
it happens every 2 days and keep doing the test but now is enough, I need a professional and serious solution for my problem.

It sounds like there's either a short occurring on the line that is corrected when Verizon runs their MLT test, or your line card is defective/problematic. You'll need to request a technician to come out if you do not have dial tone even out at your NID (must test with a corded phone!).
