To whom it may concern,

I, like many of your customers, work for a living.

Like the majority of those who work, generally follow the pattern of working 9AM to 5PM, or pretty close to that, and generally monday through friday.

Obviously, for me to be present at home during those hours requires me to miss work. I already had one appointment scheduled during those hours (from 1pm to 5pm on a monday), and the technician failed to show up. I just attaempted to re-schedule the appointment on line, as Comcast was prompt with the cable connection, but it appears the only service time available, FOR THE NEXT MONTH,  is during those hours. And then you tell me I will possibly be charged for this visit??

You almost make me want to go with Comcast VOIP, but I'm sure the internet hookup was a fluke.
