No service for 13 days

This is a complaint regarding Verizon's inability to troubleshoot and restore the phone service of for 13 days now.  The affected customer is not myself but my wife's elderly aunts who live across the street from us here in Roxborough.  Her aunts are 75 and 89 respectively.  They do not use cell phones.  They are on fixed incomes.  When they first contacted Verizon they could only make outgoing calls.  Since Verizon came out they can no longer do even that.  If these women have an emergency that requires medical or police assistance they have no means of communicating this.  If this is their example of good customer service and civic responsibilty then I may have to reconsider maintaining my account with Verizon.  I also work in customer service and deal with many people on a daily basis and will convince my family, friends and customer to do likewise.

An agent with access to your relatives' account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information  to help  resolve the issue.
