Trying to set up NoMoRobo on my FIOS home phone. How do I find this on Verizon? No one at Verizon Customer Service answers the phone. There is no response from the automated help center responds. I have set up a nomorobo account but can't access the verizon account manager field/location that is necessary to invoke the service on my land line.
Although there is a webpage somewhere on Verizon, you don't need to find it. It really gives you a link to the NoMoRobo site.
Go to NoMoRobo's site ( http://www.nomorobo.com ) and follow its instructions. At some point it will tell you to go to your phone company(verizon) and to setup simultaneous ring using a phone number they will list (varies by area of the country).
