After installing Nomorobo I found no option other than to send robo calls to voicemail. Checking voicemail is more trouble than taking the call, hanging up, and blocking the number. I uninstalled, cancelled the service, and was still charged by GooglePlay. Best way to handle Nomorobo is to not believe the hype. It does not help that much.
