Non authorized landline disconnection without notice

I am very frustrated with Verizon. I live abroad and couldn’t access my verizon. When I came back to the US and researched the matter, I found out that my autopay was disabled and Verizon had disconnected my landline without any notice; no email no mail. This home landline  has been connected to my business the past 20 years and never had this experience before.  I contacted customer support, where all the 5 representatives I spoke to had no idea on how to assist me. Researching the web I see that Verizon disconnected a lot of landlines in 2023. This is awful. I am very disappointed by this irresponsible behavior from verizon when then are not even taking responsibility or train their employees. I will make a last effort. Verizon’s mistake costs me a lot of money and destroys part of my business.
