A relative of mine who's using our second line has been getting constant automated calls starting at 5:30pm EST -- probably a fax -- for 3 business days in a row. But she doesn't have Caller ID and when we called Verizon, the CSR claimed that he can't access our incoming call records. I tried, first though Fios on our TV, and then online, to access our call logs, but both on TV and online, the logs aren't listing any calls at all. Maybe ithe logs still needs to be set up in some way?
I know that if we can get the number, we can block it.
So, how do we get the number? Can Verizon get us the number?

You can try dialing *69 after the call comes in to identify the number. An automated system should first answer and read off the Telephone number that last called you. The system isn't perfect, but for as long as the calling number information isn't being blocked for some reason, you should get something.
