Hello. Can someone please tell me if I was to switch over to Fios with Digital Phone would I have to run new wires inside my house? I ask because all my wire are buried in the wall. Thanks for any info

No. FiOS standard phone and Digital Voice both use the existing phone wiring already installed inside your house. If you are also getting Internet/TV service, they will likewise reuse the Coax run inside the house. If you get Internet service without TV (i.e. keeping TV on another provider), then it may be necessary for them to install a new cable (Coax or Ethernet) from the point of entry to wherever you install the modem for Internet service.
