Hi, I ordered a new repalcement battery and it came without the connecting wire. I do not believe the old battery allowed me to remove the cable and now I cannot connect the new one. I now have a ticket opened which I do not think I need. I just need the wire to connect the battery to the wall unit.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks,
Chris

manhattan, chris21 said " I do not believe the old battery allowed me to remove the cable", so maybe not so easy as 123
chris21, sorry , i've never had to replace battery , but it would seem that u could cut the old cable as close to battery as possible, then get two connectors from the shack that fit the new battery terminals, and hook them up to the cable u cut from old battery

Thanks Madscanner,
The wire on the top of the old battery could not be removed. It was attached. I read about some people prying it off with a screwdriver. I should have done that.
Thans for the responses all.

just take out the old battery from the wall box, you will see the cable connector, you will know how to to do it.
