On hold with Verizon Repair for 1.5 hours, they estimate 9/13/13 for repair with ONLINE status check.  This happens EVERY year, and everytime you call, they tell you to check your inside service and if it's inside, you'll have to pay, if outside, VERIZON will fix the problem.  To further **bleep** me off, no cellphone connection either.  Customer Service and Repair SUCKS!!!  Time to go back to Sprint ~ Verizon's services are not worth the money, and I certainly will not be paying my bill this month for either plan.  Time to contact the BBB and Attorney General ~ if it worked for the airlines, it will work for phone service.
