How can I get Verizon to stop billing me for services I cancelled? I've written to the General Correspondence address. I've talked to Customer Service and they agreed to correct their records. But the invoices continue.

Thanks. I hope they do. I'll be super ticked off if Verizon filse an adverse report with a credit bureau.
