Transfer of line service issue

I am trying to complete my line transfer they sent to my email. I’m able to except everything with no issue until I get to terms of service. When I except an error pops up which reads “We are experiencing a problem while connecting you to the server. Please try again later.” Tried multiple time and still receive the same error. I’ve spent almost two hours on the phone with the Tranfer Of Service representative team with no resolution. I’ve been transferred from representative to representative threw out that department and no one could help me resolve the issue. Very very frustrating.
