Transferred FiOS service to new home and haven't had phone working since 06/26


We transferred our service from old house to new home on Friday and the installer came out setup wifi and TV and left before completing the phone service.  Phone has been out since Friday and the best they could do was send someone out on Wednesday 07/01..  This is not acceptable service and yet there isn't a platform to complain other than a message board!!  Its almost comical that at the end of an unresolved support call, they ask is there anything else I can assist you with...  No please just correct the phone issue.
