Turning off Call Forwarding - Busy/Don't Answer

I recently upgraded my service to Verizon Freedom Essentials. Included in my services was "Call Forwarding - Busy/Don't Answer". What I wanted to know is how do I disable the busy/don't answer part?


Regular call forwarding with *72 on and *73 off works fine. However I can't stop the "don't answer" part. My phone will ring 4 times and then gets forwarded to my parents house. I have no idea how it even got started going to them other then they were the first number I called after the new service was active. While it is a little funny that every call I don't want answer goes to them I need this stopped. I did some searching online and I found nothing on disabling or even changing the number. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
