Every single time it rains, my landline goes out! I go through the troubleshooting, open a repair ticket/appointment, then Verizon does something on the back end and my phone magically works again. What if I needed to call 911? Why does this keep happening? Doesn't Verizon track repeat tickets for the same issue? And if so, why hasn't this repeat issue been fixed?
