I had a chat with the most AMAZING representative just now. I have left temporal lobe epilepsy and can't dial my cell phone anymore because of the shakes. Aiden got me set up online in ten minuets. Much easier than calling in to set up a new account. Thanks Verizon for hiring such helpful compentant people. Kudos.
