Verizon service call needed

Heavy storn & wind last night in NYC knocked down big tree in front of my house. Tree pulled down Verizon/Fios cable. Tree and branches have been removed by NYC Parks Department. Your cable is hanging low onto the sidewalk and poses a safety hassard to pedestrians. Please send repair crew to fix this problem. Verizon has apparently totally insulated itself from customer calls. No repair number listed on monthly bill. Tried internet site.  Since we have not lost service, there does not appear to be any way to communicate this problem to Verizon......Thanks, {edited for privacy}
