Our landline service has been out for 3 weeks. I see Verizon employees working to fix the problem, but they only work one shift per day. Why isn't there an urgency to correct the problem even if it entails working 24/7 to correct the problem? I administer an independent living facility for seniors and their families cannot reach them by phone plus our security and fire systems are tied into the phone line. Hopefully nothing happens to any of our residents, and we cannot call 911.
