I have followed the bouncing ball both over the voice mail line (888-234-6786) and myverizon.net to configure voice mail. Everything *appears* to be set up correctly, but the service doesn't pick up after the specified 4 rings, or any rings after that. I've wasted enough time trying to submit a support ticket; can a Verizon rep please just contact me about this and fix it?
You're talking to other customers here. Verizon doesn't contact people as a result of posts here. Sometimes the moderators escalate issues to Verizon support. If that happens to your issue, be sure to follow the instructions they post.
