Voicemail Playback

Im useing the digital voice to retreive my voicemails and when I hit the play button the player pops up but wont play the message how can I fix this.

The voicemail messages when played from the web app will be in .wav format. Make sure audio is enabled in your browser and that it allows scripts to run. You can also try saving the file to your computer and running from there.

Thank you for the help, I have vista and I don't see an option to allow audio in my internet settings, I belive i can run scripts per when I looked in the internet settings
