Voicemail stopped working after 9 months

Does anyone know the secret password to have tech support fix voicemail?

Worked fron for 9 months, stopped working 8/31

Calls to tech support 8/12 & 8/13 resulted in being told the service was deleted and had to be re-added. 8/12 I was told it was done and would take about 2 hours. 8/13 was told nothing was done on the 12th but it was done now and would take about an hour.

8/12 told to call {edited for privacy} to activate, 8/13 given {edited for privacy} to call. Both numbers result in similar messages (number not active/mailbox not found)

Web page under services for voicemail says "There was an error in retrieving your information."

I really don't have time to spend ten minutes listening to the same automated garbage then being switched from person to person for 30 minutes and getting nowhere.
