Worst Customer Service I've ever dealt with.

I ordered home phone service and was given a date for connection.  When the service was not turned on I called and was told it would be two days later.  I called on the second date given because, again no phone service.  I was then told a technician would have to come out to see what the problem was.  I was put on hold for over 40 minutes and then hung up on.  I have been trying for two hours today to get someone to give me an answer.  Twice I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on.  I will recommend any other company but Verizon to all of my friends.  This is why I keep my cell phone service with Sprint.

I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board, where a Verizon representative can assist you.  You will be contacted by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.
