Wrong Name on Caller ID

A different name is appearing on my caller ID. I try setting my voice mail but they are telling me my accounts are suspended. Since I switched over to Verizon, (a week ago), I've been calling to correct these issues. I am tired of going to these changes, it shouldn't take a week to make this happen.
