I removed nonpublished listing from my fios digital voice but am still being billed for it - twice over the last 2 months I removed it. What do I have to do to get credit for the $8 (2 months billing) - when I look at my features for digital voice it no longer shows but is still on my bill. tried to get thru to billing dept on phone but do not have the time to stay on hold for an hour. tried chat and that was also useless. What is it going to take? Hopefully someone from support will read this and help me out
