we have canceled our service at verizon on August1st and we are now in September, we are still charged.....this is unacceptable.....
I have been waiting on the phone for 45min to be told that offices are closed....
nobody to answer but always someone to charge money...
we went to the store to cancel the service and we were told you are all set.
I called one week later, same answer
one month later, still be charged and invoiced.....!!!!!!!!
what can be done to make Verizon be more attentive to their customer or ex customer.....????

nothing, they are trying to charge us from june cancel. Got letter from collection agency. Calling lawyer
