cannot get into Manage Voice services

i go to My Verizon, it says, "Hello" and my name. so, I know I'm logged in. Then when I try to go to manage my voice services (landline), it tells me my userid is invalid!!! what? and I've tried several times, signing out, then signing in. gets my account, then says "Hello, Lynne", then.. says my userid is invalid when I try to access anything to do with my landline settings. and yes, my landline account is fine. in good standing, etc. how do I get this fixed? I want to block some spammers.
