I find it most aggravating to drill down to Fios digital voice or the DVR manager.. After logging in I find myself battling sales pitches for services some which I already have (suspect this is by design). Bookmarks to FDV don't seem to work since you have to sign in first and spend a minute or 2 and repeat the process again. I guess I just find your website as being non-intuitive and just too busy or scrambled. Please do a better job of distinguishing among users who are content with the services they have (you think this would be "My Verizon", those who want more, and simply prospective customers.
if I sign in and click email, news, & TV, and then on the following page click my dvr again, it takes me right to my dvr where it says
