getting answers

I received an email from Verizon thanking me for upgrading my service on my phone.  I never asked for an upgrade.   I have tried and tried unsucessfully to try and talk to a representative regarding this issue.  this web site has to be the most confusing and useless site I have ever entered.  all it does is go around and around and never gets anywhere.  Just keeps going back to "sign In" 

Verizon,,,,you have the best system regarding phone service,  but you totally lack any human interaction.   If I thought leaving would do me any good,   I would be gone.

This forum is mostly peer to peer.

Are you talking about a residential phone or a cell phone.  Cell phones are a different site.
