landline voice mail needs rebooting

The landline voice mail that is accessed in NJ by dialing {edited for privacy} needs rebooting. Can someone notify technical support. The system does not allow access to voice mail unless the caller redials the number. This happened once before about 2 weeks ago and technical support was able to fix it.

The landline voice mail that is accessed in NJ by dialing 908-753-xxxx needs rebooting. Can someone notify technical support. The system does not allow access to voice mail unless the caller redials the number.  It is supposed to play the greeting and take a message. This is happening more and more often lately.

Today May 29, 2019 the copper line voicemail accessed at 908-753-5353 is misbehaving again. Please reboot this system. Thankyou

There is no need to delete that phone number, it is a verizon public access number that identifies the VM system. This message has been successful in getting the VM system rebooted each time.

This was corrected on 12/17/18, But the fault has returned today. 12/21/18. Please re issue a repair ticket for the same problem. Thankyou
