I want to downgrade to basic phone with no features. I have been having trouble with it. U can't do it online & I tryed with the live chat & that was a joke. Can someone help?

I just tried to do that also and was told I had to call the service center to do it. For some reason it is not available for me to do online the chat rep said. I guess that's the only way, then they can try to talk me into more stuff instead of get rid of stuff.

The contact us info does include phone numbers. And yes these types of changes almost always need to be by a call to them.
