I lost both internet and phone today and very quickly the internet is working but not the phone.. I am worndering if anyone else is having the same problem. I reported the problem but they have been digging around the neighborhood installing Fios so I think that is it.
well, it is fixed now but the verizon site wont let me cancel the service request. 😞
