I know this is a **bleep** question, but I just got my phone on and I do not know how to enter into my voicemail. I don't even know if i have one yet, can anyone help me with this problem please.
Landline phone or cell phone?
Landline - dial your Voicemail access number (you should have rcvd that from ur rep when u placed the order)
Or call ur own number. When you hear the greeting press * (or # dont quite remember)
It will ask you for your 4 digit Pin. Last 4 digits of ur Telephone number.
Ta da.
If that doesnt work, call repair (800-483-1000) and they can reset the pin for you.

*86 Send.
Either last 4 ofur Telephone # or ur SSN as ur pin.

Verizon's tech support voice portal systems have a feature that provides you your voice mail access number.

If you are have plain old telephone service:
- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "Telephone Service"
- Say "Voice Mail"
- Confirm (YES) Voice Mail Problem
- Say "forgot my access number"
The system will then provide you with your access number.

- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "NO" to .com questions.
- Say "Phone"
- Say "Voicemail"
The system will then provide you with your access number.
