no phone

You have been working in this building.   My internet is restored but no dial tone and callers say they get busy call repeatedly.. Others in building have phone back.  I have disconnected everything including internet, waited five minutes, tried several phones and jacks.   No dial tone.    Maybe I see the NID, but before going in there, I need to know that you are finished and I should have a dial tone.
