old number still on account, new number not listed?

A few years back when we upgraded to Fios voice my account was under another family members name who has since passed away and is now in my name, the number on our 2nd line was changed but the account was never changed to reflect that, now after many years of complaining the wrong number is still on the account, and it looks like its reciving calls to this day, Verizon needs to corredt this oversight, i am tired of calling and writing and having no corrections made, i do not wish to change the new number.
