If I am on the phone and an incoming call comes in it automatically goes to Verizon VM but I am not aware to the VM because there is no notice that I received a call .. why is it not showing on my email as my regular calls to that I do not answer or the robo calls I get ?? how am I to get a VM if I do not have notification ??? the hold on Verizon is over an hour to get this answer and I just got cussed out by a friend who I did not kow had called me and left a message
