phone number to retrieve messages

HELP!!  I can't seem to remember the phone number to retrieve my messages.  I have totally drawn a blank,  i know the password and everything i just don't know the number its an 888 or 866 or 800 HELP there is an important message on there i need to get the phone number for

1-888-2-fios-vm     or go to www.verizon.com/repair to retreive your vms access number, and also to reset your pw in case you forgot it.

When I dial my own number from my own number it takes me to my voicemail.  I get the "Please enter your password and press pound" message, just like dialing the other number.

thank you, I dialed my own number and it worked.   I hope this always works, cause the number they gave almost never does.
