Hi,
8 months ago I disconnected a landline number. It turns out that my father, who has dementia, only remembers that number and is constantly calling it. When i call it, it says the number has been disconnected. When i called customer service to get it back, I was told it's waiting to be assigned. Is there any way I can stop that from happening and get it back. I am desperate here! Thanks
