switching from landline to Fios

Letter clearly states "you'll receive the same Verizon voice service you currently enjoy at the same prices and terms".  I called before switching over to confirm I would not lose my concession service(retired with 30 years service class A)  got my new bill not what I expected.  Calls to benefit department were nothing but usless hours on the phone
