After receiving a text that I have a new message on my phone, i am having difficulty getting through. I am getting a message saying "We are unable to complete your call at this time, please try again later." I can access the voice mails through the computer..any suggestions?Thanks
Have you tried dialing your own phone number and pressing * when your VM greeting starts?
I just tried it and I was able to access the voice mail....perhaps it is my SPRINT cell phone
